dataforest builds and runs its own cloud. I'm the managing director there, but I'm hands-on myself, in the product as much as in the infrastructure underneath.
I write down here what I notice along the way. Decisions I've made, things I underestimated, and what I took from them. Sometimes it's about self-hosting and infrastructure, sometimes about how a product takes shape. Mostly it comes down to what you use something for, and under which conditions.
No promises here, and no editorial calendar. I write when a thought is finished. And sometimes only once it has gone wrong.
